MARVEL IRON MAN VR GETS BEHIND THE SCENES VIDEO
Director Ryan Payton talks about the beginning of Marvel’s Iron Man VR, and also the way it all began with a struggle. He mentions how he wished to understand what it’d require for Camouflaj to carry on this endeavor, and the way Marvel requested to get a pitch along with a prototype which beat out each other one they have seen. He mentions how he wanted the actions to be matched by purposeful story components to completely immerse the player.
Engineer Troy Johnsen also cites how three decades back, when they began producing the model for flight, place some physics thrusters on his hands in VR to view how it felt. Producer Aaron Whiting said they wanted to fulfill people’s expectations with artwork, audio, art direction, and producing something that’s pleasing to some combo of all of the senses.
To be able to reach this, Artist Riley Dannenbring says the sophistication of the way the suit animates and the way that it breaks apart was crucial to nail down, and was a thing which was anticipated from the fans now.
