Upcoming Gwent Brings 89 New Cards, Expansion, Master Mirror, Lands On June 30
While not the hottest card game around, Gwent remains alive and kicking. The sport will be given a new expansion at the end of the month branded Mater Mirror. As the name implies, the growth will revolve around Gaunter O’Dimm also known as Master Mirror and Man of Glass.
The growth features 89 brand new cards. Each faction is going to be given a number of new cards and there’s also a selection of neutral cards that can be used in any deck. Master Mirror will bring new mechanics to Gwent. Rupture, for example, damages the affected unit by a value equal to its power at the end of the turn. The very first batch of evolving cards, part of this Nilfgaard faction is going to be revealed on June 6, with other factions getting their cards that are evolving revealed soon.
